The Block is the world's smallest city builder. It's an indie game developed by Paul Schnepf and released by by Future Friends Games released in 2022. Place randomly generated buildings on a square and build up a tiny but perfectly formed city block. It's a very small game - more of a tiny little toy with no goals or challenges - hence the very small price :).
