HP OmniBook 3 is a good value Windows touchscreen laptop released in 2026. It has a remarkable Intel processor, though less RAM than the competition for its price. The laptop is portable at only 3.61 lbs (1.64 kg). The 1000gb SSD storage is an excellent amount. Only WUXGA resolution is subpar for the 16″ display.
