HP OmniBook 3 is an okay value touchscreen laptop with Windows 11 Pro released in 2026. It has a very good Intel CPU, however not that much RAM for its price. The laptop is light at only 3.61 lbs (1.64 kg). Only WUXGA resolution is mediocre for the 16″ display. The 500gb SSD storage is regular.
