HP Stream is a fine value Windows laptop released in 2023. It doesn't have the best Intel CPU, but a decent amount of memory for its price. The laptop is quite light at only 3.17 lbs. The 320gb SSD storage is a superb amount. Only HD resolution is weak for the 14″ monitor.
