Panasonic Toughbook 31 is an okay value portable touchscreen laptop with Windows 10 Pro released in 2025. It doesn't have the best Intel processor, but decent memory for its price. The 1000gb SSD storage is an excellent amount. Only XGA resolution is subpar for the 13-inch display.
